What if ni act notices are not served (by any game plan)

Expert Sirs,

just few days back my lawyer dispatched notices for NI act. just now in website I saw its not served. its saying returned. Now pls suggest best way to tackle this ? How to handle scenario if notices are not served in NI act.

because even if lawyer sends notice on whatsapp, chances are that the other party escapes with whatsapp settings and may not reply.

Issue with the legal notice using Registered Post or Speed Post.

What is your problem, do you want to file a cheque bounce case?

You can very well proceed with the notice returned undelivered, you should act fast before it is barred by limitation.

Sir,

Notice for NI act already dispatched to 2 addresses at same time. One got returned to sender( my lawyer) and another one is kept on hold -Addresse absent (for enquiry) is status just now.

What is the best way to send notices other than registered post/speed post is my question.
