Old balance wiped off the moment you got married to her. You cannot file divorce petition based on something your wife had done some time back.

For eg:  She might have had s*x when she was 18, which she confessed.  She might have been in love with some person before marriage and had s*x with him.

And if she confesses to you that she did hanky panky, it only shows her broad mind and the love for you.  As no wife will dare to tell something about her which will put her character and image in jeopardy.

If she has confessed, you are luck to have a wife like that, than a wife who does not tell anything about her past and stays tight lipped and continues cheating on you even after marriage.
