what if a lawyer is misusing his power and position

Hello Experts,

i have query on regards what if any lawyer started to file wrong cases against any persons? or started to threatening for to file lawsuit against him ?

what we can do in this situation.

please advise.

If a lawyer is misusing their power and position by filing wrong cases or threatening to file a lawsuit against someone, the affected person can take the following actions:

File a complaint with the Bar Council of the state where the lawyer is registered.
File a complaint with the police, if the threat is severe or the lawyer has committed a crime.
Hire another lawyer to counter the wrong allegations or seek legal advice on how to proceed.
