trial will take longer time. mediation cases take lesser time.

Trial is the main part , while granting bail is minor part of entire 498A case . judgement of the case depend on the proved evidence .

I got video and audio proofs of my wife and my father-in-law accepting that i have never taken dowry and i am the best guy for their daughter.

i also got video of my wife taking all the gold.

still they have filed a false 498a case and allegations were put that i was demanding dowry and did not give any gold to my wife and threw her out of my house
