What happens if husband does not pay manitenance

I the maintenance is awarded u/s 125 Cr.P.C then the court can sent the husband in prison, or if the maintenence is under Civil law then court can attach his property, his salary or may be freeze his bank account if necessary. You will have to follow the courts order, otherwis eyou will be in trouble.

2. If you strongly believe what you state in your brief then doors till Hon'ble Sc are open to get desired relief.

Try for revision / appeal / SLP at the earliest to reverse lower courts Order.
