there were fights between me and my wife and now they are willing to send my wife back to home stating that she has changed and there will not be any issues from her or from her family hereafter.
their parents are forcing me to give a chance to prove her this time.
I told them to take back their false reply to my notice back so that I can takey wife back.
but now they are telling, if that's the case , they are asking me to take my notice also back.
in my notice I just asked to accept their faults so that I may not get into any trouble in future.
so if I agree to their words to take back the notice, do I have right to issue notices in the future if necessary and also will it cause any issue for me.
also can I apply to family court if necessary in future.?
