what happens....if

Me n my wife had filed a mutual divorce petition by consent and i had paid her half the agreed amount in front of magistrate at the first motion......now after 6 months on second motion if my wife doesn't come to court......will i be granted divorce.....or what else is the remedy for me in the court of law.....pls reply.....
