The case status shows Case disposed and the nature of disposal says "Uncontested - - Put up after final report", Order has not been uploaded its been 10 days, I would like to know what it means. This was given by cmm court bangalore on ecourts website.

In a court of law, uncontested means “not disputed” or the issues that are agreed upon by both parties. Uncontested transferred means that the case is not yet starred but is transferred to some other court or place.

The case status shows case disposed , Disposal reason : Uncontested -- put up after final report. Does it mean case is closed or is the case still open for further trial?

Hi Sir
My case is showing same as Uncontested--PUT UP AFTER FINAL REPORT since from 28.4.2023 in the portal it's not showing next hearing date also.How my case will handle .
