Hi All,
I was reading though one of ladnmark SC judgement for CrPC 125 i.e. "Shail_Kumari_Devi_&_Anr_vs_Krishan_Bhagwan_Pathak_@_Kishun_B_..._on_28_July,_2008" which is having below quoted:
" For awarding maintenance from the date of the application, express order is necessary but no special reasons are required to be recorded by the Court."
I wish to understand what does "Express Order" mean in this context as per law dictionary and how is it decided as per law book?

I tried to find meaning of "Express Order" with the help of Google however failed. Is it something related to time taken by Court to produce final Order after hearing matter?Please suggest.

By producing just a sentence from the reported judgement you cannot derive any meaning to the question you have put here, go through the judgement once again in full and understand that why this word was mentioned in it then you wll get the meaning for it.
