What cases husband can file on abandoned wife and in-laws

Hi experts, Will you please let us know if married life was not success and wife Willingly leaves husband and stay back longer duration with her parents and not ready to return. Who keep on making false allegations to create threat to husband. If this is the situation what are the cases husband can file on abandoned wife and on in-laws. Will plz tell ipc with sections

query should be asked with complete and proper facts in limited words, present query is not complete, however based on available facts you are advised to

1. if you want to get rid, file DIVORCE

2. if you want to get her back, file RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights)

If the abandoned wife has not moved the Court for divorce, do not run after her. File petition for consented divorce and happily get married to a woman of your choice, once decree for divorce is on your hand.
