What are latest cooperation society byelaws

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a byelaws document State of Maharashtra which is dated twenty fourteen.

I searched the net but could not make out if twenty fourteen year revision is the latest or if there are any more revisions thereafter.

Can someone comment please if twenty fourteen is the latest?

Thanks and best regards.

Thanks. You article is composed in 2013 but the copy of bye-laws that I have says 2014, and that was my question...is 2014 the latest or are there any more revisions thereafter.

Glad you helped. Great article!

To my best understanding, it's still same as 2014.  Finally I figured it out. https://sahakarayukta.maharashtra.gov.in

The Model Byelaws are issued by the office of the Commissioner of Co-operation. Copies of the latest version of the byelaws are available from the office of the Mumbai District Co-operative Housing Federation Ltd. near Horniman Circle. Most probably the 2014 issue is the latest. The Byelaws have to conform to the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and the Rules, 1961.Hence when the Act is amended the Byelaws get revised, if necessary, though it does not always happen. There were amendments to the Act in 2018 or 19 by the Fadnavis Government. Soon the Government changed. I do not know whether the amendments affect the Byelaws. They affect the election processes. The election processes themselves are on hold due to Covid.
