We went session court after framing of charges in a case u/s 420,471 in form of Criminal Revision U/s 397 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 08.10.2012 passed by SJM/CBI/Haryana Panchkula in FIR. Due to submitting of some extra papers,my lawyer withdraw the revision petition from there with the consent of Session judge. Then we filed petitionin Punjab & Haryana high court u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR and subsequent proceedings arising thereto.
Hon'ble court has dismissed the case for unknown reasons as final order are not in my hands. Please tell me what are the ways now i may be opt in future?
