you may also write to the Head of the Institution, the Chairman of the Trust running the School and to the Dept. of Education(Edu.Inspector of the region) seeking disciplinary action against the concerned teacher under the code of conduct prescribed by the Govt. for teachers. The School Authorities have to conduct inquiry under the said code against the teacher and take action based on the report of the committee's reccomendations/findings.There are  provisions in these internal rules and regulations , which are to be evoked for speedy justice. -Mr.Boda.
