dear friends,
What action we can take if a person uses marksheet of some other person to get job in a private sector, moreover he/she got increment on basis of graduate. What case we can file against him whether it is Civil Case or Criminal Case & on which sections he/she be an accuused. Under which sections of IPC or CRPC Police can take against action against him/her.

It is a fruad. You can file a cheating case against such person.
