Dear Lawyers,
I have ULIP policy with one of the insurance company. I have proof and produced the proof to the company of paying premium for last 5 months. Still they keep saying that they have not received th payment. Even their helpdesk is not able able to figure out where thei payment is gone.
Given a scenario I lost the trust in the company and willig to take legal action in such that I will get all my money back without even losing a single rupee.
1. What is the action or under whichsection I should be filing a case?
2. Is there any one in Bangalore who can help me?
3. Which Lawyer I should be consulting(Civil, Criminal etc..)
