What a court did in this landlord tenant case ?

A property has 8 shops. Landlord purchase it in 1984 from Mr. X thru 'Registered" GPA and registered chain of owners. Name of all the tenants are written in agreement to sell.

Currently 8 out of 6 shops are with landlord who also live above the whole property. 2 are with old tenants.

Landlord's son file eviction petition where one of the tenant's son claim his father bought the shop from someone namely Y in 1983. On the basis of some fake 'unregistered' GPA.

Y has nothing to do with the property.

Landlord file application for forensic examination of tenant's papers which the tenant very forcefully oppose and the court also decline it.

Please suggest what the court may give in it's decision ?

Chances ?
