We have 60 years old Trade Union for bargain able staffs. Due to outsourcing , members strength has got reduced to six only and Bengal Govt's State Welfare Dept is refusing to receive contribution amount. Is there any window whether with reduced strength , these 6 employees can have full rights under Trade Union Act?
Further, for the same category jobs, the amalgamated company's employees enjoy better perks where as the employees of amalagamating companies are treated raw deal.,
Although Hindustan Lever Vs Tomco, case, it was mentioned that there would not be any curtailment of benefits.
