How to proceed with closure of union and an huge surplus.

Call remaining members general body meeting and take consent of members and surrender it.

Can remaining 2 members take away the entire corpus? Or to go to Govt coffer or be distributed among ex union members? Any legal or Taxation issue? Kindly guide. We are rudderless. Mgt is pushing 2 existing members to wind up it.. as nowadays every support service is outsourced. No bearer staff concept.

Yes you two remaining members pass resolution that you are winding it the asset shall be distributed betn remaining two members after discharging all liabilities after winding union.
Member Strength 9,47,648 and growing..
