Water connection

Dear Sirs,

I am comittee member of my HSG Society.   In our society one member is having double water connection which was given by the Building before forming HSG Society but now another society member  is demanding new  extra water connection in his flat stating the above example of double connection. Hence I want your legal opinion whether society can reject his demand as the first member's connection is before formation of Society and to avoid same demands in the future from remaining memers.

Thanks

if one member ahs double water connectio n you cna increase his  maintenance charges . the charges for water depend upon number of inlets in flats . once you strat charging him more others wont demand additional watr connection .

society cannot bow down to such unreasonable demands of members

Dear sir,

But he is ready to pay for extra connection. And  the first member is given the extra connection before formation of the society.
