Wasyiwat Nama(Will)

Respected sir/madam, My grandmother and grandfather make a wasiyat(will) in the favour of their daughter in law in the year 2009 but now they want to change the will in the favour of their three sons but their daughter in law is not return the original copy of will. So what can they do for making new will. Can they go to the Lok Adalat for legal action.
