Was central information commission bribed

Yours is a classical case.

The judgements shall be landmark judgements having far reaching consequences.

As pointed by you it seems that one and all have joined hands to ensure that the documents and evidences are not supplied to protect the offenders.

It is a pity that the authorities which are installed to protect the hapless the citizens are protecting the corrupt and offenders.

Your resolve is appreciable.

Your posts shall infuse confidence and resolve in citizens and fellow employees to treat their effort as a crusade against corrupt and offenders.

The faith in self, god shall ensure that the fellow citizens and employees shall not tire and skeletons shall roll out of cup boards on corrupt and offenders.

In the end they shall find themselves in correctional centers (Jail).

Be a good hearted human being then and let them pray for facilities in Jail which they are used to e.g.; Bisleri ( Tap water is not pure for them) , AC ( Barracks are hot) , Cable TV ( For entertainment)…………..

The corporates in India are known to be paying bribe.

Attached herewith is the set of second appeal and decision of central information commission deliberately suppressing the information of systematic support of corruption in an insurance company.

The same public authority replied they have no evidence of audio'video recording.

The CIC did not actually hear me,she terminated the hearing on her own whims,I have no record to establish her whimsical denial of hearing to me.

I am a citizen writing RTI applications seeking information,inter alia, of right to life. That your uncalled for remarks,without application of mind,based upon false representation of CPIO/FAA on behalf of insurance company are causing me grave injustice:

PR-2 CIC/DS/A/2012/002361	20 May 2013	While diluting the lack of ethics in the public sector insurance ignoring suppression of information of bribe taking at Jaipur you remarked:”10. Commission has taken a serious note of the unparliamentary adjectives used by the appellant to refer to the public servant in respect of whom information is sought. He is directed to desist from this in future”
PR-3. CIC/DS/A/2012/001709 CIC/DS/A/2012/001776 and (PR-1) & (PR-2)	15 March 2013 and (PR-1) & (PR-2)	On the specific dates ignoring CIC notice of attending video conference from Mumbai the respondents no.3 exceeded mandate appeared in person enjoying tour to CIC (with halting allowance/ incidental / local conveyance) to loss of public money of about Rs. Fifty thousand.

You are requested to withdraw the aforesaid remarks within 10 days of receipt of this notice failing which all liability for legal action lies upon you.

The following reply of Jaipur NIACL states that on a single day public money of about Rs. Fourteen thousand was spent to attend in-person hearing of central information commission from Delhi ( instead of prescribed mode of video conference from Jaipur as mentioned in CIC notice).

Rail distance between Jaipur and delhi is about 265Km

The Insurance company CPIO/FAA enjoyed repeatedly tour of 1384 KM plus 1384 Km on the aforesaid dates at the cost of public money of (at least ) about Rs. fifty thousand instead of attending video conference from Mumbai itself.

This is a gross failure of the system of audit and vigilance in a public sector insurance company where the CPIO/FAA feel that being bureacrate they are owners of public money instead of being trustees of public money.
