I am staying in a tenaneted pagdi system property, my landlord gave me this property in year 2010 and I paid hiim 10 lakhs for the same. I am staying in that property since 13 years now and a dispute was going on between owner of land and my landlord and my landlord has lost the case and a decree order has been made. Today I came to know order is done to get back the possession of the property and a bailief is appointed. I had no idea about this and I want to know what can I do to protect my rights in this property and what steps should I take immediately.
