If the latest Waqf Bill 2024 is passed in Parliament, will it supersede the 1995 bill, making the 1995 bill no longer effective?

If parliament approves supersession of Act of 1995 and endorsed in new (2024) Act, provisions of the Act of 1995 shall become ineffective from the date of notification.
Please have patience and wait for final enactment.
