Wanted to know

wanted to know the meaning of the line " The Committee is of the view that the criterion of preponderance of probability leads to a conclusion that uncalled for colored remarks were made by XYZ".

this line is not clear.wanted to know that whether the colored remarks were made by XYZ?

is there any legal action takenagainst the complaintant for s*xual harassment case which was not proved.

Explanation-

Preponderance=majority of occurence of something.

Uncalled for=unwarranted/unexptected

Colored=A kind of hidden and doubly edged word.

Substituting these words in your said statement,it means, the majority of the situational facts indicates that the remared was doubly edged and therefore xyz is guilty for the said offence by means of words.

How many days if u get evected dont u have 30 days and if by then if u dont get out they can call the cops to give u three days or can they give u a closure right of the bat meaning 3 day and ur out if u paid half of the month already
