Want to know what type of punishment is there for members of gram panchayat for embezzlement of grants received from government

I want to know what should I do when gram Panchayat members of my village are involved in embezzlement of grants Received from Central and State government for developmental works. A lot of money has been peculated by gram Panchayat members of my village. In such case what kind of case/action should I go for
