Dear All,
Kindly let me know what is the procedure of change of DOB? What will be the proof and what charge is levid? I don't have Birth Certificate because in 1985 in village niether it has importance nor people are that much aware? So if it is necessory document then please let me know how & where I can get ? I am really helpless
