Want seperate society

Our society of 22 floors is located in Mumbai, the B wing are isolating A wing in all aspects, and troubling us, we have now formed another Panel, and we do not want to be with them, more than 50% of A wing are supporting us, so we want to form  a seperate society for A wing, pl let us know the procedure.
