police beaten the husband and forced to marry the wife., so marriage solemnised in poliice station., then husband filed the hmop for dissolve the marriage, wife filed case under 498.a and sec 4 of D.P act. parents of the husband's got aquittal, but husband alone convicted by the magistrate court., even never the husband take any physical relationship with the wife..
now i filed appeal before sessions judge. if you have any idea mean give me.. am expecting relevent judgements.. am also trying to get it..
