Want divorce, wife side people cheated her age is below 18

Hello,

I want Divorce, Girls side people cheated her age is below 18, and her maturity level is very low

please let me know how to proced with this..

Then u can book a case against them for performing under age marriage..

Fact that she is under 18 makes the marriage voidable on the option of the bride but husband cannot seek annulment of the marriage.

IF SHE IS UNDER 18 YOU CAN APPROACH THE COURT FOR NULLIFICATION INSTEAD OF DIVORCE BUT YOU MUST PROVE THAT IN THE COURT

Nullity is possible provided you prove it.  But equal blame should come to you that you have ensured the age of  your spouse  by  insisting for school/birth certificate.
