I want divorce from my wife because she is not living with me for the past 2 years. And she has filed dowry and maintenance case against me. I dont have a regular employment and no property in my name. I have filed section 9 case against her but she does not come on dates so court has not given a verdict in the case. And she is asking for 9 lakh rupees for divorce which I and my family can't pay. What do i do ? Plz help me.
