Why is it that all the judgements on wakf estates and mutawalli of the wakf, none of it has the wakf estate as a party. Its always the mutawalli himself/herself. Isnt wakf estate a separate legal entity?

yes you are absolutly right but in this matter waqf estate is not entitled to be sued as per waqf establishment laws its mentioning clearly that mutavalli be responsible for all matters and legal process under waqf estate ,however there are some exceptions too.
