Waiting for dues from last company

Hello there, I have worked in some IT company from Jan 2018 to March 2018 and have not received any salary just 60 % of Jan salary. I tried chasing accounts department and CEO but now they are not even replying and not paying my dues. Could you please advise what best can be done so that i can get my dues back?? They are not paying to many other employees who left the company so it sould be good if we can find some solution. Kind regards, Rahul

you'll have to serve a legal notice to employer asking him to repay the entire amount due along with interest within 15 days of receipt of the legal notice.

If he fails to do so you can approach Civil Court by way of a suit for recovery against your employer for recovering your lawful dues.
