A WP is pending in High Court of karnataka which was filed on 10.02.2014( 7194/2014)
Case relates to challenging the wrongful dismissal from the services of the bank
High court has issued notice to my previous employer UNION BANK OF INDIA on 23.07.2014
The information obtained under RTI Act reveals that bank has already responded to the notice and already appoined a lawyer to defend the case.A noting in the certified copy of dairy sheet of High court reveals that this case is ready for priliminary hearing.Noting was done in 2014
But, case is not yet yet come up for priliminary hearing
What step can I take to hasten so that my case is heard at the earliest.Is it the responsibility of my Lawyer to look into it or High Court will take its own sweat time for priliminary hearing
Please let me know the procedure to take such steps
I am seeking this information as some WP cases are decided with a week or month's time
I want to know the process involved in High Court in WP cases espicially WP related to dismissals from the services
