Dear Manish,

I would suggest that you should be filing these four legal proceedings simultaneously.

One Writ Petition seeking cancellation of the Licence Granted by DOT to Bharti Airtel - elaborating the voilation of the terms of the licence conditions.  Let COAI be a party to this.

Secondly Civil Suit and Consumer Complaint seeking monetary compensation.

Thirdly criminal complaint  Director/principle officer responsible for day to day affairs.

Last but not least you may resort to filing a Winding Up petition on just and equitable ground.

Do your homework correctly thoroughly as plenty of mud slinging, money power is expected.

Best regards

Daksh
