If your dues were not released did you demand in writing ? If so, what is the result ?

You may issue legal notice to the company for release of outstanding amount of f & f within 15 days otherwise to face legal consequence.

Issue legal notice through advocate, asking for your dues. Then file suit for recovery of money in civil court or complaint before labour commissioner.
