My client was a prized chit subscriber and bid sucessful a chit and was declared default in payment . Award was was also passsed in the arbitration tribunal. during the appel it was found that the foreman has violated the chit agreement and has deposited the amont in another bank.
Is such deposit is against the chit agreement or not?
Is the award so passed bind my client?
