Voice verificiation

Sirs/madams During cross examination of a witness in 498a case, one CD was played which is the voice of that witness. That witness has denied that voice and agreed to give voice sample. My question 1 What is the process to get it verified and how to take sample of that witness and who will get this voice verified. Its very urgent kindly advise.

With the permission of the courts, Voice samples can be obtained. They are called controlled samples. Once samples are collected, both the controlled samples and disputed voice samples are sent for forensic analysis by the court or by the police to the state forensic lab.
