visitance right of father after losing child custody case

Hi,

suppose a father loses a child custody case, can he still has visitance right or he will lose his child permanently? What can he do to ensure his child visits him at regular intervals. What happens if Mother runs away without infoming father? Can he file some police complaint or court case to ensure he can see the child?

Regards

Mani

If a father loses his child custody, he have not lost his right to visit his child. He should seek permission from the court.

If mother runs away without informing father, the same may be informed to local police for action against mother.

father applied for custody of child the child is living with his meternal grandparents. mother committed suicide being harrassed by father. father is facing trail under sec 306 IPC and also under sec 498 A. during pendency of the case for custody he requested court to order his father inlaw to produce child before court.

can the court refuse father to meet the child untill the case is finally disposed off on the ground that there is allegation that the wife commited suicide on abtement by him? if so any case law in this regard?
