hello all,
pls guide me whether there is any way to see the case details of a divorce case filed in 1st additional family court,chennai. The judgement was passed in 2007 and i know the op number too.
it was reg. the judgement passed for a divorce case and the petitioner is the groom whose alliance has come for myself. we want to know the case history and know the authenticity of the same.
we would like to find out the case history-online or thru court?
pls help!!!

Dear Nikitha,
you cannot peruse the case details online. Family court is not connected with internet. But you can take a help of a lawyer who is pracising especially in family courts at chennai.
