Can someone guide me - how I can get permission for Video Conferencing for my case in Delhi Dqarka Court.
I have a 498 case (another one of a misused 498) against me. Was relieved from lower court, but they filed a revision petition in session court hence the case was opened again.
I want to have video conferencing facility so I can partcipate in my court proceedings as I cannot come on every proceedings to Delhi.
