My petition for 13 B is coming up for second motion in few months. Application is submitted to Chennai family court. I am not in India and would like to do this trough video conference.
I spoke to my lawyer and he said it is possible with power of attorney to relative who will appear in person and video conference. I was not available in person for the first motion as well.
Has anyone gone trough this? Is my (petitioner 2) personal appearance required at-lest once ? (petitioner 1 is appearing in person for both first and second hearing in person.) Should i go to some place in US (like a government body) to take video conference?
