Hi, I seek advise in connection with the real happening with me that I am working with NTPC limited and been victimised by my seniors by not approving my leave even on ground of my wife's serious infirmity and no promotion for last two years even after regular pursuation through letter all across the hierarchy of the organisation.
How to deal with such problem? Whether I should go to court or what. Pl advise and let me know the ACTs or Rules in this regard so that I would also see the legal perspective in detail.
