My father and brother is under custody since 08/05/22 .
what is the procedure for regular bail?

Grant of bail is at the discretion of court depending upon many a factor. Hence a definite suggestion is impossible.

All that could be suggested that if the allegations are false and fabricated, and the case diary reveals the this aspect, there are good chances of getting bail.

It depends upon the allegations levelled by complainant in FIR as to how and when they can be granted bail.

మేము బీసీ లము sc vallu కొందరు, మాకు అప్పు ఉంది మేము ఇల్లు అమ్మితే, మనల్ని డబుల్ అడిగారు, మేము మీకు ఎందుకు ఇవలి అనినదిగము, ఇవల్సిందే అని వాదన చేశారు, ఒక్క వేల ఇవ్వకుంటే sc st అట్రాసిటీ కేసు పెడుతము అని బెదిరిస్తున్నారు. ఇలానే చాలా మంది దగర వాళ్ళు డబుల్ వసులుచేసరంట, ఏమి చేయాలో మకు అర్థం కావడం లేదు
