I wat to get transfer of the tenancy righta of the flat owned by my grandfather ...in my name. The flat is under pagdi system. My surname is different from my grandfather. My father changed it many yrs back legally through gazette. The Flat is in the name of Grandfather through rent receipts in his name. But I had seen that my grandfather has different surname on rent receipt. The flat ration card contains name of my grandfather and grandmother only. My father has a different flat (in joint name of my Father and Grandmother) wherin I have my name in that ration card alongwith my father and mom. The family has no issue tranferring that flat in my name. Pls provide a way to make that grandfather room in my name which is on pagdi system.
