Vendor age error in sale deed

Hi,

I recently bought a land from Gsquare hosur and registered the same. After receipt of documents, i noticed one typo error in my sale deed.

Gsquare authorised one of their executive to sign as vendor, in that document that executive age mentioned as 34 years and in my sale deed his age mentioned as 33 years. In both document aadhar number is mentioned and it is same, hope fully it is not an issue. I want to make sure there should not be any issues in future.

Please check the attachment for screenshot

Quick Summary
A recent land purchase revealed a minor typo in the sale deed where the vendor's executive's age was listed as 33 instead of 34. While the Aadhar number remains consistent, the buyer is concerned about future implications. Fortunately, such minor discrepancies, as long as the vendor is not a minor, are generally considered inconsequential typos that do not affect the validity of the transaction.

The error in the age of the vendor is not a major issue and irt can be ignored as typo erro, provided the vendor is not quoted to be a minor by age.

Such errors, which does not affect root of the transaction, is of no consequence.
