validity of sale deed

A' PERSON PURCHASED a plot without approved layout in the year 1972 through GPA, 3 principal jointly appointed GPA through a deed and registered in sub registar office, 
In the year 1981 one principal died who appointed GPA in the year 1972
In the year 1984 'A'  person carried out deed correction after layout approved.without executor (Principal) deed correction carried out through GPA , whether it is valid? And section applies
GPA deed number entered in the sale deed in the year 1972 at the time of registration, but I searched in sub registar office GPA document is not available , what is the solution, with out GPA document whether registered sale deed valued?

When one of the principals died, the GPA is got invalid.

GPA might have been supported by other documents such as 

Agreement to Sell

Will

Receipt

Possession

Affidavit

Please check

Otherwise, the GPA stands automatically invalid on the death of either of executant of he attorney.

Any one objecting ownership   ,adverse possession  can be claimed  .

sir, simply entered GPA deed number in sale deed example 88/71-72 , but registered deed number not found at sub registrar office
