Dear Legal experts,
Please give your guidance for the following issue.. ( Staying in Tamil Nadu )
I singed a Sale agreement using Rs.20 stamp paper but it is not registered,
Buyer paid almost 50% of Sale value as a advance by CASH, I received and deposited the cash on my saving account.
Stipulated period mentioned 3 months, Buyer have to Register the Sale Deed with in 90 days. If not he will forgive the advance payment. If he paid 100% then If I am not ready Register on his name, then I have to pay double the amount to the Buyer.
Now Buyer delaying for Sale Deed registration by paying remaining 50% sale value,
If Delay what should I do considering I don’t with to SALE the Agri Land.
