my father made a partition decree among myself and sister in the year 1998, but never executed final decree it's been all over 15 years can we execute that decree for final ?

YOUR FATHER MADE A PARTITION DECREE???????? DECREE IS ONLY GRANTED BY COURT. NOT MADE BY A PERSON. UR FATHER MUST HAVE MADE A PARTITION WILL. IF YES GET A DECREE FROM COURT ON THE BASIS OF PARTITION DEED OR APPLY DIRECTLY FOR NAME CHANGE TO THE INSTITUTION BY WHICH THE PROPERTY WAS ALLOTTED OR SOLD.
