i am the owner of the agricultural land, made an sale agreement with a party. before getting into registration of sale i received part of the sale amount and aknowledged the same on demand of that party i also given my original parent document to them, due to some misconcept the registration was postponed, now while iam asking for the originals back they were draging with flimsy reason
so kindly guide me
whether they can mishandle my original documents? is there any other way to make me fool?
