Validity of income tax document

Namaste,

My wife has filed for maintenance, and has produced a document which appears to be a printout of some online form that has my Income Tax Return details. On the top of document it says SMPROC Processing. As per my understanding, such information is not available without my express written permission or a court order.

Can an individual access my Income Tax return like this?
In case the answer to the above question is no, will the court disregard this document?
What action can I take, regardless, against my wife for getting this information in an illegal manner (assuming it is illegal)?

NO. not without ur written permission .

NO.

if the doc. is genuine court will not disregard this doc.

What action can I take, regardless, against my wife for getting this information in an illegal manner (assuming it is illegal)?

file case against the authority who has issued the same without ur consent.

Any one can log in www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, Wth the basis of Registration any one can access the website. For that purpose the Original PAN and persoanl is needed. Other person can view, sur at income tax website
